AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Between AU$8.50 and AU$35 (depending on the size of the product) regular tracking delivery within 3-7 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

AU$30.00 Pack and Track within 7 -14 Business days for jewellery and small accessories. Apologies, but we do not offer international delivery on our large items at this stage. 

We send all of our pieces via Australia Postal Service. We will notify you when your parcel is on its way along with any relevant tracking numbers.All Parcels are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday, any purchases made on Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday will be processed the following business day.Once your order has been sent, Archery Collections is not responsible for any loss or damage of the item. Any customs payments are also the sole responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

We hope you love your piece as much as we do, but if you aren't satisfied, please email us at [email protected] with your request for exchange or return within 7 days of purchase. If the item is unused, in its original packaging with tags and you can provide proof of purchase (bought through our website via paypal) we will accept your item for return or exchange.

Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of when the item(s) was received. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. 

Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed. In cases of loss or breakage, repair, replacement or refund will be offered according to circumstances.
